INCH / METRIC DRILLS

Introducing Widia Valenite´s Solid Carbide Drill Line

Widia Valenite offers 3 diferent types of drills. They are available PVD-TIAN coated, PVD-TIN coated and uncoated. They are available in both Inch and Metric sizes. All of our drills are high performance drills because we know that you would settle for anything less

 

PVD-TiAIN - Rougged steel cutting carbide grade (C5-P40) drills are coated with PVD-TiAIN The PVD-TiAIN  coating provides superior wear resistence along with increased heat resistance whitch allows you to machine at higher metal removal rates.

 

PVD-TiN - These drills are made from a 10% cobalt micrograin carbide and then coated with PVD-TiN coating provides increased libricity over uncoated carbide, increased metal removal rates and less buildup.

 

UNCOATED - Made from a 10% cobalt micrograin carbide. This is a very tough carbide grade that works especially well on high tensile strength materials and-on non-ferrous materials
